Nicolas Reichstein (1969) studied at the University of St.Gallen, Switzerland and graduated in 1996 with an MBA degree (lic. oec.HSG). In 1998, he continued his post-graduate studies in Human Resources Management at University of Applied Sciences in Olten where he obtained his diploma eidg.dipl. HR Manager in autumn 2000.
Nicolas started his Executive Search career at a&u Kaderberatung AG, a well-known Executive Search company based in Zurich & Basel. In 1998 he became a partner of the company and was promoted to Managing Director of the Zurich subsidiary.
In 2001, Nicolas Reichstein joined Lombard & Howell AG as Co-Founder. The company was the Swiss based subsidiary of the European wide Executive Search Organization Ward Howell International Group. After the integration of the group into the global Network of Stanton Chase International, one of the world`s largest executive search organizations, Nicolas became Managing Director of the Zurich Branch.
Over the following years Nicolas successfully placed more than 200 senior executives and top specialist for large caps and local boutiques mainly in the field of Financial Services.
