    • Our client had to redefine the role of the Head of Sales Switzerland. We helped to reshape the defined profile and identify the best matching candidate in the markets of Zurich, Geneva and London. Our counterparts in this search were the Head Distribution EMEA and the Head of HR Europe.​

  • Global asset management company: Country Head Switzerland

    • Our client was entering the Swiss market and had to hire the first person on the ground. The main topic was to find the right profile mix between entrepreneurial spirit and conceptual skills. Our clients were the global Head of Financial Institutions and the Head of HR.​ 

  • Large private bank: Head Family Office Business Switzerland

    • Our client was a renowned private bank and the search strategy was to find and select a candidate in the market to help develop a multi-family office business with an investing strategy aligned with one of the bank owner's strategy. Our counterparts were the Head of Family Offices and the HR line manager.

  • Swiss asset management boutique: Global Head of Sales & Product Strategy

    • Our client was an asset management boutique with a substantial asset base in CH and Europe. For the next phase of growth the management team had to become complete with a new Global Head of Sales and Product Strategy.  Therefore, we launched a search together with the CEO and COO.​

  • Swiss asset manager in Real Assets: Head of Infrastructure Investment

    • Our client was a renowned Swiss asset management company with focus on real estate investments. The goal of the search was to find and attract ​an experienced Portfolio Manager in the field of Infrastructure Investments who can build up Infrastructure as a new asset class. Potential candidates were identified in Switzerland, Germany and the UK. Our client was on of the two main shareholders of the company.

  • Global asset management company: COO Switzerland

    • Our client was one of the biggest asset managers in the world with the largest market share in Switzerland. Through the strong growth in the past years the role of the COO was redefined from a strong internal to a more external, client facing orientation. The search was conducted throughout all of Europe and our counterparts were the Swiss CEO and the Head of Recruiting Europe.​

After all the searches above, the next level of jobholders (e.g. Institutional Sales, Wholesale person etc.) was also recruited through us.
